Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance programs to monitor service delivery standards.
- Perform regular operational audits to ensure 100% compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Design, facilitate, and oversee training modules to upskill employees and bridge performance gaps.
- Conduct side-by-side coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback to individual team members.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate detailed reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on audit findings.
- Ensure all employees maintain a high level of competency and are aligned with the company’s vision and service goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control, Training, or Operational Excellence roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality audit methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide effective coaching at all levels.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to develop and implement training materials and SOPs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
