Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect incoming raw materials (corn) to ensure they meet quality standards before acceptance
- Oversee storage conditions and handling procedures to maintain product quality throughout the storage period
- Conduct regular quality checks during the production process to ensure compliance with established standards
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures for all production stages
- Document quality metrics, inspection results, and maintain accurate quality records
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements to the production process
- Ensure final products meet quality standards before distribution to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies, standards, and regulations
- Familiarity with corn processing and agricultural product handling is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools
