Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive visual and functional inspections of warehouse inventory
- Document quality deviations using standardized reporting systems
- Analyze product defects to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain inspection equipment and calibration records
- Implement quality control protocols for new product lines
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1+ years experience in warehouse quality control or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail orientation
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of product safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
