You'll prepare comprehensive periodic quality reports covering defect rates, customer claims, and emerging issue trends, directly supporting strategic decision-making by Quality Managers and senior leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to support root cause investigations, ensuring all documentation aligns with ISO standards and organizational protocols. Your work will drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying patterns in quality data and recommending evidence-based solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain periodic quality reports including defect rate analysis, claim trends, and recurring issue patterns
- Support root cause investigations by compiling accurate documentation and evidence trails
- Develop standardized quality documentation templates ensuring consistency across departments
- Analyze quality data to identify emerging trends and provide actionable insights to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality documentation discrepancies
- Ensure all documentation complies with ISO standards and internal quality management systems
- Assist in implementing process improvements based on documented quality metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality documentation or similar analytical role
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies and ISO standards
- Advanced skills in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or Minitab)
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
