As a Quality Engineer, you will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality control inspection plans for mechanical and electrical components.
- Analyze production non-conformities and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for process optimization.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure strict adherence to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review technical drawings, specifications, and bill of materials (BOMs).
- Manage incoming quality control (IQC) procedures for raw materials and components from global suppliers.
- Support the team in ISO certification maintenance and internal quality management system updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven professional experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Pareto Analysis, and Six Sigma methodology.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with quality testing equipment and measurement tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to work across various departments.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
