As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, manage quality control systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and GMP standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits and manage non-conformance reports (NCR) to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for manufacturing defects and implement sustainable solutions.
- Monitor production processes using statistical process control (SPC) to ensure product consistency.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and improve product performance.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality standards, procedures, and inspection techniques.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical) from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, PPAP, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
