Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans for automotive assembly and component manufacturing.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to ISO standards and BYD internal quality requirements.
- Analyze production data and failure modes to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with engineering and production departments to optimize assembly processes and reduce defect rates.
- Manage quality documentation and reporting to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Perform supplier quality assessments to ensure incoming materials meet specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably within the automotive or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between technical and operational teams.
- Hands-on experience with root cause analysis tools (FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, Pareto).
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English, both verbal and written.
