As a Quality Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve technical quality issues. You will be instrumental in maintaining our quality management systems, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to streamline our manufacturing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent product excellence.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis on production non-conformities and implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing quality data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Perform regular process audits and ensure strict compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
- Manage documentation related to quality inspections, testing reports, and certification processes.
- Train production staff on quality control standards and best practices to minimize defects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and FMEA.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electronic issues in a production setting.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining rigorous manufacturing standards.
