As our Quality Engineering Staff, you will play a pivotal role in the production lifecycle, from early-stage planning to final delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement rigorous quality control measures, manage complex documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who understands the critical nature of APQP and PPAP in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality plans using Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) frameworks.
- Manage and execute Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation to meet customer specifications.
- Oversee project control activities to ensure quality objectives are met within production timelines.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections on the production floor to identify non-conformities.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements to reduce scrap and rework.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes remain strictly aligned with customer quality requirements and international standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Engineering or QA/QC role within the manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans is essential.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and industrial standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills to manage cross-departmental documentation.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment in Cikarang.
