Tanggung Jawab
- Perform rigorous quality inspections on finished goods and raw materials according to established SOPs.
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality control parameters and specifications.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality logs for audit purposes.
- Identify, report, and quarantine non-conforming products to prevent defects from reaching customers.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to troubleshoot recurring quality issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) activities to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality management system protocols.
- Assist in the calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Engineering is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes, tools, and manufacturing best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
