In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of product quality, ensuring that every item leaving our factory meets both internal benchmarks and external regulatory requirements.
As our Quality Inspector, you will work closely with production teams to monitor manufacturing processes, perform rigorous inspections, and identify areas for continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adherence to SKT standards.
- Utilize precision measurement tools and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
- Document all inspection results accurately and maintain detailed logs for audit and tracking purposes.
- Identify, record, and report non-conformance issues to the production department promptly.
- Collaborate with the QC team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defect rates.
- Perform regular calibration checks on inspection instruments to ensure testing accuracy.
- Participate in daily quality briefings and contribute to safety and efficiency process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using standard inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and identifying defects.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or production specifications.
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems and industrial safety procedures.
- Able to work in shifts and maintain a consistent, high-quality output under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
