Linc Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Management Specialist to join our team in Cikarang for a 5-month temporary assignment. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our operational excellence by overseeing the implementation of quality management programs, ensuring full compliance with internal company policies, and strictly adhering to government regulations.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced logistics and manufacturing environment, possessing a keen eye for process improvement and documentation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks, resolve quality-related bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support our operational standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems across operational workflows.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company quality policies and external government regulations.
- Perform root-cause analysis for quality incidents and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with warehouse and transport operations teams to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and documentation for management review.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency and minimize waste.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff regarding quality awareness and updated standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control (specifically in logistics or manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and relevant industrial safety/quality regulations.
- Proven ability to interpret government regulations and apply them to operational policies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and quality management software tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to commit to a 5-month temporary contract in Cikarang.
