Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a passion for logistics and bilingual capabilities? J&T Cargo is currently seeking a highly motivated Quality Management Supervisor to join our dynamic operations team in Subang, Jawa Barat.
In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our quality excellence strategy. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving quality performance across our complex logistics networkâincluding RDC, PDI, vehicle maintenance, and end-to-end transportation processes. As a key liaison, your ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin will be critical in bridging the gap between local operations and international quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily quality performance across RDC, PDI, and transportation operations.
- Develop and implement standardized quality control protocols to minimize operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular audits of vehicle maintenance and logistics processes to ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication and reporting between local operations and international stakeholders in Mandarin.
- Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address operational discrepancies.
- Train and mentor floor staff on quality assurance best practices and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is strictly required for this position.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control or operational management within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or related software).
- Deep understanding of PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and vehicle maintenance quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in Subang, Jawa Barat.
