This position is essential for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our operations through meticulous checking and control of ISO documentation and laboratory quality management systems. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving our quality management framework to ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous quality enhancement. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) documentation to ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess adherence to quality procedures and identify areas for improvement
- Implement and monitor laboratory quality control processes to ensure accurate testing results
- Coordinate with various departments to establish quality objectives and track performance metrics
- Investigate quality issues, root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Stay updated with the latest quality standards and regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management system implementation and maintenance
- Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies
- Experience with laboratory quality control procedures and documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precise documentation
