As our QMS Specialist, you will spearhead document control, lead internal audits, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across our departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks, implement corrective actions, and maintain the integrity of our quality systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with established standards.
- Coordinate and conduct regular internal audits to evaluate process compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the document control system, ensuring all operational procedures and policies are current and accessible.
- Analyze quality performance data to identify trends, root causes of non-conformities, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Facilitate training sessions for employees regarding quality standards and process documentation.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required to ensure continued compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management review to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or QMS administration.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards or similar quality management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and train staff.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational capacity.
