You will lead the maintenance, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management Systems, including ISO standards, HACCP, and GMP. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and audit the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and other relevant food safety standards.
- Lead and facilitate internal quality audits and support external regulatory/certification audits to ensure 100% compliance.
- Manage the Document Control System, ensuring all SOPs, work instructions, and quality records are up to date and accessible.
- Conduct regular training programs to foster a high-quality culture across all departments.
- Analyze quality performance data to identify trends, root causes of non-conformities, and implement effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to resolve quality deviations promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive management review reports to senior leadership regarding QMS performance and improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a QMS or Quality Assurance supervisory role, preferably within the FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, and HALAL assurance systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficient in documentation management and regulatory compliance reporting.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams and cross-departmental coordination.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
