Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with food industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant food safety standards
- Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities
- Train and mentor staff on quality procedures, food safety practices, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection procedures, and quality metrics
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address quality-related issues
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging quality technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP) and regulatory requirements
- Experience developing and implementing QMS documentation and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data and identify improvement opportunities
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing quality teams and projects
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable
- Proficient in quality management software and data analysis tools
