Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 and industry standards
- Lead internal quality audits, supplier evaluations, and compliance monitoring activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other quality methodologies
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization
- Manage quality documentation, including control plans, inspection procedures, and corrective action reports
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and problem-solving methodologies
- Represent the company in customer quality reviews and regulatory compliance assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing environments
- Professional certification in Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or quality management systems
- Expertise in ISO 9001 implementation and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
- Proven track record of implementing successful quality improvement programs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
