Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive food safety and quality management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC).
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with national regulations and international food safety standards.
- Design and manage robust Quality Control (QC) protocols for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for any quality non-conformances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain) to integrate quality awareness into everyday operations.
- Standardize Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure all staff are trained and committed to quality excellence.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce production waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in food quality management, preferably within an international manufacturing environment.
- Deep working knowledge of food safety certifications (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC).
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of building and managing teams from the ground up.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organizational structure.
