Eka Jaya International is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Operations Manager to join our manufacturing team in Kabupaten Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our production standards, tasked with implementing robust quality management systems that guarantee excellence from raw material procurement to finished product dispatch.
You will lead cross-functional efforts to ensure full regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean), and foster a high-performance culture focused on zero-defect manufacturing. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical quality requirements and operational efficiency, ensuring that our operations meet both global benchmarks and internal KPIs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
- Oversee end-to-end quality control processes to ensure zero-defect manufacturing and reduce scrap rates.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs for non-conforming products.
- Ensure full adherence to local and international regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance and quality control team to improve technical competencies.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain departments to optimize quality standards across the manufacturing lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry certifications.
- Proven expertise in utilizing Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or 5S methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and audit reports.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
