Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute research protocols for product development and optimization
- Implement and maintain quality control systems across production lines
- Analyze raw materials and finished products using advanced laboratory techniques
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material quality compliance
- Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging quality standards
- Prepare detailed technical reports and quality improvement recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in R&D or quality control within FMCG manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in laboratory testing methodologies
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, HACCP, and GMP standards
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Proficient in MS Office and quality management software
