Are you a seasoned quality professional looking to make a significant impact in a leading manufacturing environment? PT Arisamandiri Pratama is seeking a dedicated and visionary Quality Section Head to join our dynamic team in Demak, Jawa Tengah.
In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance and control lifecycle. You will act as the guardian of our production standards, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets stringent international quality benchmarks. We are looking for a proactive leader capable of managing QC teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence and precision across the shop floor.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the Quality Control team to ensure high-performance output and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and maintain international quality standards (ISO) across all production lines.
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality inspection plans for raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Analyze quality data and production metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for process optimization.
- Conduct regular audits and perform preventative maintenance on quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate closely with the Production and Engineering departments to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management regarding quality KPIs and improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical) or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
- Proficiency in QC analytical tools (SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto Charts).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to be based in Demak, Jawa Tengah.
