We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join a leading cable manufacturing facility in Kendal, Central Java. As the Quality Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of our quality assurance operations, ensuring that all manufacturing processes adhere to stringent international quality standards. You will lead the charge in continuous improvement, process optimization, and team leadership to drive product excellence in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of cable manufacturing standards and a proven track record of reducing defect rates. You will work closely with production and engineering departments to implement robust quality control measures that protect the brand's reputation and ensure customer satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor all quality assurance processes across the production line to ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the QA/QC technician team to maintain high operational standards and safety compliance.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on manufacturing defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to streamline manufacturing workflows while maintaining zero-defect outputs.
- Conduct regular quality audits, product inspections, and material testing throughout the production lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and generate detailed performance reports for management review.
- Ensure that all measuring equipment and testing tools are calibrated and functioning accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Supervisor or QA Engineer role within the cable, wire, or heavy manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and industrial manufacturing standards.
- Proficiency in QC tools (e.g., Pareto charts, Fishbone diagrams, FMEA, SPC).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a cross-functional technical team.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
