Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cost lifecycle, from initial budgeting and cost planning to final account settlement and project close-out.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, bills of quantities (BOQ), and detailed cost estimates specifically for process systems and industrial projects.
- Administer construction contracts effectively, including handling variations, claims, and processing timely payment certificates.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor physical progress and verify work executed against approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports for stakeholders and project managers.
- Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical queries and financial discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and industry best practices in all commercial activities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or process engineering sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of local construction codes, standards, and FIDIC conditions of contract.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically advanced Excel, and experience with project management or QS software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanGrid).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
