Join Dwi Tunggal Surya Jaya as a Quantity Surveyor specializing in procurement and subcontractor management at our Head Office. This pivotal role requires you to lead the entire tender process, ensuring subcontractor procurement aligns with project budgets and timelines. You will manage contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal, meticulously verify payment invoices to prevent financial discrepancies, and maintain seamless coordination with project teams across manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in cost control, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance to optimize project outcomes while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end tender processes for subcontractor procurement in manufacturing/logistics projects
- Oversee contract administration including drafting, negotiation, renewal, and termination
- Verify subcontractor payment invoices against contract terms and project deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between procurement, finance, and project teams
- Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations
- Conduct cost analysis and risk assessment for procurement decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation of all procurement activities and contracts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying with subcontractor procurement focus
- Proficiency in Indonesian construction contracts and procurement regulations
- Advanced skills in cost estimation, negotiation, and contract management
- Certification in Quantity Surveying or Project Management (e.g., Akta C, PMP)
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Proven track record in manufacturing or logistics sector projects
