As an R&D Engineer, you will collaborate with senior researchers and cross-functional teams to develop high-performance materials. You will gain hands-on experience in laboratory operations, data analysis, and technical problem-solving, contributing to the continuous improvement of our product portfolio.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design and execution of experiments for polymer material development and characterization.
- Analyze experimental data to derive insights and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
- Collaborate with product development teams to translate research findings into practical applications.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Contribute to the documentation of research findings and assist in patent filing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field (expected graduation in 2026).
- Strong academic background with a passion for scientific research and innovation.
- Familiarity with basic polymer processing techniques and characterization methods (e.g., DSC, TGA, FTIR).
- Proficiency in using technical software and standard office applications (e.g., Minitab, MATLAB, Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
