Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of new heavy equipment products and components using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Conduct engineering calculations, simulations (FEA), and risk assessments to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Manage the prototyping process, including coordination with workshops and suppliers for fabrication and assembly.
- Plan and execute rigorous testing protocols to validate designs against safety, durability, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze product failures and implement design changes to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing teams to optimize products for production and market needs.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including BOMs, engineering change orders, and user manuals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D or product design within the heavy equipment, automotive, or machinery industry.
- Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo) and PDM/PLM systems.
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, hydraulics, and powertrain systems.
- Proven track record of taking products from concept to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Willing to be based full-time in Karawang, West Java.
