Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the research and development of new food products from concept to market launch, ensuring feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct rigorous laboratory testing, sensory evaluations, and quality control checks to maintain high product standards.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to identify new product opportunities.
  • Ensure all R&D activities strictly comply with local food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the production team to scale up formulations, manage pilot runs, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Document all experimental results, technical specifications, and formulation data accurately in the laboratory notebook.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in R&D within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and food processing techniques.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and laboratory management software.
