Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technological opportunities in the industry.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including concept design, prototyping, and testing.
- Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and improve existing product functionalities.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project integration and compliance with standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, data analysis, and presentations to communicate research findings to senior management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all R&D activities, methodologies, and technical specifications.
- Identify potential risks in the development process and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or Applied Sciences.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Research and Development or technical research role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, CAD software, and other relevant technical tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
- Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines.
