Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all R&D activities for sports products and footwear components
- Develop and implement strategic R&D roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of R&D experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in sports product development or footwear manufacturing
- Strong expertise in material science, prototyping, and product testing methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and project budgets
