Are you a passionate innovator looking to shape the future of food? Nutri-Asia, Inc. is seeking a dedicated R&D Officer to join our dynamic Research and Development team in Marilao, Bulacan. In this role, you will be at the forefront of product innovation, managing one to two core product categories and ensuring our offerings continue to delight consumers across the Philippines.
As an R&D Officer, you will bridge the gap between creative culinary concepts and industrial scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to execute product development lifecycles from ideation to launch. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development of assigned product categories, ensuring recipes meet quality and safety standards.
- Conduct rigorous sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies to maintain product consistency and excellence.
- Scale up successful bench-top prototypes into pilot plant and full-scale commercial production batches.
- Coordinate with ingredient suppliers and procurement teams to source high-quality raw materials.
- Perform comprehensive competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for product innovation.
- Document all R&D processes, trial results, and formulation changes accurately in compliance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all new formulations adhere to food safety regulations and standards.
- Participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions to drive new product development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in an R&D or product development role within the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in food manufacturing processes, food chemistry, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management software.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment based in Marilao, Bulacan.
