Join Marigold Manufacturing Corporation as an R&D Product Development Assistant and become an integral part of our innovation team. In this dynamic role, you'll support our research and development processes by conducting thorough testing of raw materials and packaging materials, developing new product applications, and creating innovative recipes that meet our quality standards. You'll participate in sensory evaluations to ensure our products meet consumer expectations and assist in the batch trial process to bring new products to market efficiently. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining accurate documentation throughout the product development lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive testing of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure quality standards
- Support product application development and recipe formulation for new products
- Assist in sensory evaluation processes to assess product characteristics and consumer appeal
- Participate in batch trial processes to validate product formulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of all testing procedures, results, and development processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are met

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of material testing methodologies and quality control procedures
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills
- Effective communication skills for documenting processes and reporting findings
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
