Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of R&D experience in metal engineering or materials science
- Expertise in material characterization techniques (SEM, XRD, TEM)
- Strong knowledge of metal processing and heat treatment methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software and materials simulation tools
- Published research or patents in metallurgical engineering preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in industrial material challenges
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
