- Design and execute experimental protocols for product development and process optimization

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech R&D
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in experimental design and data interpretation
- Familiarity with GLP/GMP standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience with laboratory equipment and analytical instrumentation
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
