Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine solvent-based adhesive formulations through rigorous research and testing protocols.
- Analyze chemical properties and performance data to optimize product stability and durability.
- Scale up successful laboratory formulas to pilot and full-scale production lines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to adhesive application and curing processes.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency.
- Document experimental results, update technical datasheets, and maintain detailed lab records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new chemical materials, and regulatory standards for adhesives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in R&D, specifically within the adhesive, coating, or chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of solvent chemistry, polymer science, and rheology.
- Proficiency in using standard laboratory equipment (e.g., viscometer, FTIR, particle size analyzer).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet project deadlines.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
