As part of our Science & Technology division, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure that every product launch meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from initial concept and prototyping to final testing and commercial launch.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and technological opportunities.
- Design and execute experiments to validate new product features and improvements.
- Develop and document detailed technical specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure product reliability.
- Present technical findings and project updates to stakeholders and management regularly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in research and development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in R&D, product development, or a similar technical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment, testing methodologies, and data analysis software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant Philippine and international industry standards and safety regulations.
