Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the R&D team in product development and process optimization
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs
- Design and execute experimental trials for new plastic materials and formulations
- Collaborate with production teams to implement R&D findings efficiently
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control protocols
- Prepare technical documentation and project progress reports
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent field
- Minimum 3 years as R&D Supervisor in plastic manufacturing
- Deep knowledge of polymer science and manufacturing processes
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
