Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct laboratory experiments and quality control testing to ensure product safety and efficacy.
- Assist senior scientists in the formulation and development of new natural product lines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of research data, test results, and inventory logs.
- Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment and machinery according to safety protocols.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of laboratory workspaces to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot product issues and improve formulas.
- Stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or a related scientific field.
- Previous experience in a research and development setting or a chemistry laboratory is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in using laboratory instruments and computer software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
