Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the formulation and development of new food products from concept through to commercialization.
- Conduct pilot plant trials, coordinate scale-up activities, and provide technical support to the production team.
- Partner with the Quality team to establish and maintain rigorous quality standards, specifications, and HACCP plans.
- Perform comprehensive shelf-life testing, sensory analysis, and nutritional evaluations for all new and existing products.
- Write and manage technical documentation, including product specifications, ingredient declarations, and processing parameters.
- Identify and evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and suppliers to drive innovation and optimize costs.
- Monitor food science trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity in the Singapore market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and improve product performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a closely related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in food R&D or Quality Assurance within the food manufacturing industry.
- Sound knowledge of food chemistry, processing technologies, and microbiology.
- Proficiency in sensory evaluation methods and shelf-life stability protocols.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communicator who thrives in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for food innovation.
