Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver Precision Treatment: Administer radiation therapy treatments to cancer patients according to the physician's prescription and the treatment plan, ensuring maximum accuracy and safety.
- Operate Medical Equipment: Perform daily quality assurance checks and operate LINAC and other radiation therapy equipment with precision.
- Patient Care & Education: Provide compassionate patient care, explain procedures, manage side effects, and offer psychological support to patients and their families.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, treatment logs, and documentation of patient reactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the medical physicists, dosimetrists, and oncologists to ensure the best treatment outcomes.
- Infection Control: Adhere strictly to hospital infection control protocols and radiation safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Radiation Therapy / Medical Physics.
- License: Registered as a Radiation Therapist (Profesi Radioterapis) with a valid license from Kemenkes (Kementerian Kesehatan RI).
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or oncology center is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating linear accelerators (LINAC) and knowledge of treatment planning systems (TPS).
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and empathetic towards patients facing serious illnesses.
