Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for raw materials to ensure continuous production flow.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to maximize cost-efficiency and supply value.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks and anticipate price fluctuations.
- Ensure all procured materials strictly adhere to internal quality standards and national food safety regulations.
- Coordinate closely with the production and inventory planning teams to align material arrivals with manufacturing schedules.
- Lead periodic supplier audits to ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing practices.
- Manage the procurement documentation process, ensuring accuracy in reporting and inventory records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of raw material procurement cycles, including import regulations and local logistics.
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings without compromising quality.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed supply decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple suppliers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
