WINGS Group, a leading multinational consumer goods company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Reach Truck Driver to join our logistics operations team in Jawa Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in the efficiency of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are moved accurately and safely to support our supply chain excellence.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-bay warehouse environments, demonstrating precision in handling delicate materials and heavy inventory. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics setting, contributing to the timely distribution of our market-leading products. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate reach trucks and forklifts efficiently within the warehouse environment to transport, stack, and retrieve goods.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and ensure routine maintenance checks are logged.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles while maintaining inventory accuracy and stock integrity.
- Follow all warehouse safety regulations, including wearing required PPE and observing traffic management guidelines.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including inventory count, sorting, and organizational tasks as required.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding operational status, equipment issues, or potential delays.
- Ensure that all operational documentation and digital logs are updated accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent from any field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience operating reach trucks and forklifts.
- Possess a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasional) for forklift/reach truck operation is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and industrial protocols.
- Capable of performing physical tasks and working in shift-based systems.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and material handling efficiency.
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment in a large manufacturing facility.
