Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate reach trucks for efficient material handling in inbound/outbound processes
- Execute inventory management tasks including stock counts and cycle counting
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital inventory records
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
Kualifikasi
- Certified reach truck operator license (valid Indonesian certification)
- Minimum 1-2 years warehouse equipment operation experience
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and procedures
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Physical stamina to stand, lift (up to 25kg), and operate equipment for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse management systems
