  • Efficiently receive, unload, and inspect all incoming goods, supplies, and equipment for quality, quantity, and accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Document all deliveries meticulously, ensuring proper record-keeping, data entry, and handling of discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, and internal departments to resolve any issues related to shipments, damages, or shortages promptly.
  • Ensure the secure and organized storage of received items in designated areas, adhering to inventory control and safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving dock, storage areas, and associated equipment.
  • Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize storage space.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently when required.
  • Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receiving, warehousing, or logistics role, ideally within the hospitality sector or a luxury brand environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and inventory management.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
