Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and inventory management? Phoenix Resources International is currently seeking a highly organized Receiving Spareparts Officer to join our dynamic team in Tarakan. In this critical role, you will serve as the first line of defense in our supply chain, ensuring that all incoming spare parts are meticulously inspected, recorded, and positioned to maintain operational efficiency.

You will play a pivotal role in our warehouse operations, maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and supporting our maintenance teams by ensuring the right parts are available exactly when needed. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the receiving process for all incoming spare parts, verifying physical quantities against shipping documentation and purchase orders.
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and are free from defects or damage upon arrival.
  • Accurately input receiving data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure real-time inventory visibility.
  • Coordinate with procurement and maintenance departments to resolve discrepancies in shipments or documentation promptly.
  • Organize and optimize warehouse layout to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and labeling of spare parts.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventory audits to maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment in compliance with company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports regarding inbound shipments and inventory status for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, specifically handling technical spare parts or industrial components.
  • Strong familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Solid understanding of inventory control best practices, including FIFO/LIFO and stock rotation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify part numbers and technical specifications accurately.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, transporters, and internal stakeholders.
  • Physical capability to handle materials and operate standard warehouse equipment (forklift certification is an added advantage).
  • Ability to work independently, maintain professional integrity, and adhere to strict timelines in a busy warehouse setting.
