Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming shipments and verify product quality/quantity against purchase orders
- Coordinate unloading, sorting, and proper storage of perishable/non-perishable goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (SPHT)
- Collaborate with kitchen and purchasing teams for timely stock rotation
- Process supplier invoices and discrepancies
- Conduct regular warehouse organization audits
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/receiving operations
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Physical ability to lift 20kg items and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Food handling certification preferred
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication
