Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations for logistics and operations roles.
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals in the transport and logistics industry.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, social media, and industry partnerships.
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and provide guidance on talent market trends.
- Oversee recruitment metrics, reporting on time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to drive continuous improvement.
- Optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment workflows to enhance candidate experience and efficiency.
- Conduct workforce planning sessions to ensure talent availability matches the rapid scaling demands of Dash Electric.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing various job portals, social media sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and ever-changing startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment compliance.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recruitment decisions.
