Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to successful placement and onboarding.
- Proactively identify and source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and internal databases.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate competency, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their hiring needs and organizational culture.
- Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and contract terms between candidates and clients.
- Actively participate in business development activities to acquire new accounts and expand PERSOL's market presence.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and placement targets to maximize commission earnings.
Kualifikasi
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a high-volume B2B sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Holding a CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification is highly advantageous.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive landscape.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-moving office environment.
