We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Refinery & Fractionation Production Section as Section Head. In this critical role, you will oversee and coordinate all production activities and processes within our refinery and fractionation units. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, and achievement of production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refinery operations and proven experience in team leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, implement safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily refinery and fractionation production activities to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics departments to maintain smooth workflow
- Monitor production targets, quality standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Implement and enforce safety and environmental regulations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance
- Manage, train, and mentor production staff to foster a culture of safety and excellence
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output
- Prepare and submit regular production reports, analysis, and improvement plans to senior management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in refinery, petrochemical, or heavy manufacturing industry
- Proven experience in production supervision and team leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of refinery and fractionation processes, equipment, and operational procedures
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations including OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
