Join Watsons, a leading beauty and wellness retailer, as our Regional Operations Manager for VisMin. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the attainment of total sales budget, fostering business growth, and ensuring overall profitability of our Beauty by SM brand across the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will lead a team of store managers and staff, implementing effective strategies to maximize sales, enhance customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency. You will work closely with the corporate team to ensure brand consistency, compliance with company policies, and execution of marketing initiatives across the region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the beauty and consumer products industry. You will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, developing talent, and creating a positive work environment that drives results.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores in the VisMin region
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events
- Identify and resolve operational challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare regular reports on performance, trends, and recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of beauty and consumer products industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions
